The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles apparently has some very serious employee NDA's (http://www.npr.org/2012/09/16/161204008/beverly-hills-refuge-for-the-stars-turns-100) and has a solid reputation for enforcing the privacy of its visitors.
