elfsPolice in Charlotte, North Carolina, continue to arrest men for sodomy despite the Supreme Court's ruling. The arrests are happening at a public park. The men aren't engaging in sodomy in public, but they're cruising. The police say that the Supreme Court's ruling concerned "private activities in one's home" whereas what these men are doing is "soliciting in public for crimes against nature" and that makes it an arrestable offense.
