elfsIn a six-to-three ruling the Supreme Court struck down the Texas sodomy statute, stating that individuals are "entitled to have respect for their private lives. The state cannot demean their existence or control their destiny by making their private sexual conduct a crime."
Whoo-hoo!
Scalia was so pissed off he stood up at the reading of the ruling to protest that "This court has taken sides in the culture war and signed on with the homosexual agenda." Oh, bite me, you right wing prig.
