So, last night, after serving up a quick dinner of tacos with some home made mix pulled out of nowhere, Omaha and I let the girls play by themselves for a while before Kouryou-chan decided that she wanted to play a board game. We offered Chutes and Ladders or Sequence. Yamaarashi-chan wanted neither, but instead holed up in the playroom by herself. I'm worried about her. She's too young to be moody. She seems to be trying to stay out of our way, which is kinda too bad.

I took her back to her mother's house and made sure she got in the door all right, then headed home, cleaned up the kitchen, got Kouryou-chan into her pyjamas and turned her over to Omaha for book time, then snuck downstairs and played more Tron 2.0.

I'm just not much in a writing mood. I mean, I am writing-- I did 1,200 words yesterday, but none if really grabbing me. Too much stress, I think.

I watched the first episode-- okay, part of the first episode, of Midori No Hibi. I can't watch anymore. Okay, I'm squeaming, but that show is just too freaking weird. Weird with a capital 'D'.

Right now, I'm watching Maria-Sama, Big O (I never did get to finish it; finally have the set on DVD), and Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex. I know a couple of my friends are really into Midori No Hibi, but no, it made me uncomfortable and not in a good way.

I don't know what it is with me, but all the "really popular" series, like Narutaru and Midori No Hibi just don't resonate.
