I'm not saying you did and I take responsibility for looking at it (aghast). But that really goes beyond pretty much anything other than a fetish. I can see him being gay and liking anal sex. I can see the use of a butt plug for either fun or, um ... training. But that goes way beyond even fisting; baby heads are smaller than that.
