I get to eat bacon for lunch every day. Mmm. Maple-smoked, thick-cut bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches, with a thin layer of horseradish-kissed mayonnaise.
Bastid! I just finished cleaning for Passover -- no BLTs this week. :( Bright side : not having a kitchen meant it took three hours instead of three days. No, I'm not tearing out the kitchen next year.
