The optometrist won't FOAD!

I took Yamaraashi-chan to the optometrist's this morning for her six-month eye exam. It was pretty routine; she's healthy in all respects.

A couple of visits back, I blogged that one of the eye-test slides had a popular mostly net-only obscenity on it, FOAD, or Fuck Off And Die. I mentioned to the technician that she should probably fix that.

I had to laugh when I saw it this time. She had indeed fixed it. Y'know what it says now?

Wow! That limits the choices massively, since there are only a dozen or so glass slides made and they are all based in the same optotype groups. Do they have the projector mounted by the ceiling and operated with a remote? (professional curiousity more than anything)
