Presidential Matching Quiz
Jan. 5th, 2008 02:20 pmI don't believe these results at all. Personally, I think Ron Paul should have gotten a much higher match; his attitudes toward what the Executive can really accomplish, and what it should really be doing, are much more in-line with my own perception of the Constitution. He's much more into the concept of "liberty" -- of the right to live different lives -- than any of the other candidates. I don't like his personal opinions, and I doubt he would be as "libertarian" as many of the libertarians, but at least he's honest and perceptive about federalism and civil liberties in ways Obama, Edwards, and Huckabee aren't.
Clinton, Guiliani, and Romney are evil in that banal way that all empty suits craving power are evil. I have no interest in them.

70% Joe Biden
69% Dennis Kucinich
48% Rudy Giuliani

I like Edwards? Like hell!
Date: 2008-01-07 03:01 am (UTC)On a simple level, considering economics and such, he comes across as a great choice. If you look at him on a deeper, social and moral, level he becomes a little scary. Just my opinion.
