Dec. 14th, 2007 12:50 amApparently, some parents in the Pymatuning School District of Ohio a agitating for Intelligent Design or something similar in their local school system. And while I was reading through it I found this little gem:

A couple of decades ago ago people were starting to loudly proclaim that they couldn't get their VCRs to stop blinking 12:00. Today we're just starting to leave "I don't get this whole 'internet' thing." (we must be, my grandparents are now able to check their email) I don't know what the next equivalent will be, but I'm sure there will be one. Some things change, but this doesn't seem to be one of them.
