It's not often that I'm offended by porn, but today I saw something that not only made me mad, it upset Omaha quite a bit. Across my RSS feed came the mention of a new website, "Old Spunk," which was apparently a website for men who appreciated "older, mature ladies."

The model on the "sample" page was 33 years old.

33 is considered "old"?

A few years ago S was interviewing a Microsoftie who was applying for a job at Real Networks. She asked why he was leaving msft, to which he replied people were getting so old there. What do you mean she asked. Well, he said, there is someone in our group who is 30.

At 64, I could get into feeling old. But I had a total of three and a half hours of sex yesterday with two different partners. How many 30 year olds are doing that?

Although the "Old Spunk" title could have been "Older Spunk" but, it's porn, not William Safire.

I've seen ads for such sites where the actresses in question are clearly wearing makeup to make them look older. Which in and of itself is pretty lame.

But then, I also understand that a crystal meth addiction will make you look older than you are. Which would explain a few things.

Well, I have to say that at age 33, I do occasionally feel old, but I'm an out-of-shape semiprofessional dancer, so I don't know if that counts. I'm still the youngest adult in my household, though, and I occasionally dress like an eight-year-old. So there. Nyeah.
