Yesterday, I was on fire for writing. I averaged approximately 40 WPM in two 35 minute periods, churning 2700 words into Faithful Friend, All That I Am Is Yours, and A Pleasing Shape, sending three stories from "unfinished" to "first draft", which was kinda nice. Had a strong inspiration for the major conflict within Caprice Starr, which means that I have an ending. I just don't have a middle.

And I spent about half an hour skimming about 40 Journal Entries and labeling them, putting codes on them for the Usenet posts.

If I really knew where I was going, I could do 19,200 words a day if I were writing full-time. I don't know if I have enough brain juice for that, or if that's something that comes with practice. (It obviously works for Kevin J. Anderson, after all, not that I want to write like KJA, but the guy does make bucks.)

At 19.2 kwords/day, you'd churn out 134.4 kwords/week. Since a novel is, according to the World Science Fiction Society, 40 kwords, that's 3 novels per week, or 14.4 novels per 30-day month. Of course, that assumes no editing - if editing cuts you down to 1/10 the speed, that's still more than one novel per month.
