Jail guard to become jail resident

Harland Richmond, accused of three counts of Custodial Sexual Misconduct in the First Degree and one in the Second, and about whom I blogged three weeks ago, was today found guilty of one charge. His attorney was going for a hung journey and, reading through the verdict, I can see that he almost got it again. The jury couldn't be sure, so they found him guilty on the most minimal charge.

The case was simply horrible from the get-go. I'm really glad I wasn't on that jury.
