This morning, after a little bit of hacking, I got Half Life running... on my laptop. Under Linux. With the messed up Savage drivers, openGL, and barely enough video RAM. This isn't supposed to be possible, but it works great. Barney and I are right now dealing with the chapter "Office Complex."

I'm having far too much fun.

Half-Life is good fun to replay. So is Half-Life 2 for that matter. Though I still assert that you should take my copy of System Shock 2 and try it.

Since you are wise in this esoteric art, what wireless-g adapters would you recommend for Core 5 on a TP600? I think it is high-time I set mine up to duel boot.

G adapters? I'm afraid that's a bit out of my experience. I have only a B adapter. I've really liked the ones from Cisco/AIRO. They're well supported and reliable.
