Nice weekend so far...

elfsIt's been a nice weekend since my last update. Haven't worked much on my story: I think I needed a break after the headfirstdraft speed at which I've been careering (and maybe careening).

j5nn5r and desirae's house, where shastaw was cooking a vast dinner for everybody. The food was great, the company wonderful. It was nice to see j5nn5r's father again, even if he does seem so frail and so subject to the vicissitudes of the environment.
When we got home aronud midnight, I was so exhausted I fell straight asleep, only to be awakened a few hours later with great pain in my jaw. I hadn't brushed my teeth before going to bed, and something lodged in there was hurting bad. To quote the great Robert Anton Wilson, flossing is the answer.
Today is mellower. I played a level of Freespace 2 and have been spending the morning cleaning up the kitchen. It needed it.
