That's better!

30140 words as of getting to the office. That means that I ripped out 1,384 words in the short commute between Burien and Seattle. I'm not so sure I'm happy with the transition. I had originally planned on this being two different scenes, but I couldn't figure out how to go from the one to the other. It made some sense to just get all of the characters into the room and then figure out how to get Khrystyne out of her clothes, but Saul's actions seem abrupt. Hmm. Ah, well, first rule of NaNoWriMo: fix it in revision.
And this means that I only have to write 283 words on the way back home to complete today's quota, and 692 to make up for missing yesterday's by 409 words.
And I'm not working on the story over lunch because, well, I have a sekrit project left over from last year's NaNoWriMo that I've also been striking into.
