So, while Polly and Saul are bugging me to write their love scene, and do it now dammit, Misuko's father comes up to me and tells me that I have scene eight in Honesty: Family Reunion all wrong, and I should go re-write it. I won't let out the twist but, when it comes to "turning up the heat" on a character, this is one of those odd twists, like finding Dick Cheney's laptop is full to the brim with Suicide Girls photos.

There are days when I want to hunt down my muses with a sodium pentothal tranquilizer gun and leave them tied up in a warehouse somewhere in New Jersey.

hey, i could stand a few muses in my jersey basement as well! i can see it now, a huge wooden crate with "fragile" stenciled on the sides, a monumental padlock, amd on top a checklist titled, "the proper care and feeding of elf's muses."
