Seen on a can of Blue Diamond almonds:
Scientific evidence suggests, but does not prove, that eating 1.5 ounces per day of most nuts, such as almonds, without increasing daily caloric intake, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease.Translation: "If you're eating healthy, eating some of these will cause nothing worse to happen. We think."
