Metabolic weirdness
Jul. 7th, 2005 03:58 pmI've noticed, on days when I do my workout, that I feel different for the rest of the day, and not necessarily in a good way. I'm much more sensitive to temperature, I feel like I'm running hot & fast, and I don't necessarily enjoy it. I know that after a workout my metabolism ramps up to keep up with my morning demands and stays that way for a while.
Has anyone else experienced this?
On the other hand, a friend of mine who I don't see often said that I was looking much better. Now if only I can figure out how to actually reverse aging.
I'm working on it.
