Oh my gods. Hot on the heels of my going back to primitive shaving techniques like a razor from the 1930s and brands of shaving cream that haven't changed since 1860, I find that Philips and Remington have discovered the idea "manscaping" as yet another way to market their products to men. Remington's ad is simply twisted in an amusing sort of way, but the Philips flash ad is going to give me nightmares!

Ah, the ol' knuckle-dragging days. Cute. At least they're advertising those little pen trimmers for their most likely use.
(And I thought that Remington ad was hilarious!)

Date: 2005-06-14 11:55 pm (UTC)I did my "A HREF" right, I went back and checked the submission page. I had selected 'Don't auto-format'. And here, as I reply to myself, the link appears as I intended.
But when I look at it as it appears with Elf's post, it's screwed up and un-clickable. WTF, LiveJournal?
Sorry about the clutter, Elf. I didn't mean to, honest!
Bryan.
