Happiness is listening to Mozart and writing a thousand good words, with a thermos full of good coffee on a cold but sunny day.

I made my pasta sauce last night, adding in extra garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and extra basil, and it still tasted the same. I can't figure out what it takes to make this recipe shift. But it was yummy all the same. Kouryou-chan made frightening amounts of ravioli disappear.

Although "In-a-gadda-da-vida" may seem like a poor substitute, that and coffee are not bad. Could use your cool, though.

Do you kep a bottle of wine around for cooking? I like to add about a half cup of red wine and some kalamata olives to my sauce.
