Weekendy things.

I woke up early Saturday, watched three episodes of Anime, burned 7 DVD's (Two episode and one archive disk each for last season's Xenosaga and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, and one archive disc of MP3's), and did my mid-month financials. Two hours later, Omaha and the girls woke up and I gave them a breakfast of cereal, and then we went out shopping. Omaha wanted to get me a birthday gift, Yamaarashi-chan needed new underwear, Kouryou-chan new shoes, and we needed ant control stuff, so that was our general path: down to Kent to the pest control place (we have two incursions today even as I write this, both under control), then over to Home Depot to pick up some gardening supplies. We hit the mall for the other stuff, then headed home to shower and get ready for the Seattle Erotic Arts Festival, which I detailed in another post.

Sunday, we were home most of the day, battling two ant incursions. I cleaned out my car, wiping off the vinyl and vacuuming the rugs and everything else like that. It's spotless inside except for where Yamaarashi-chan wrote her name all over the door. Grr...

The girls helped Omaha plant rosemary bushes and were generally pretty good. The day was bright and clear but chilly, and they were in and out most of the day.

It was, on balance, a good day for me. Omaha's a bit stressed for business reasons and I think she could use some pampering...
