The video was meant to demo a new blending program for inserting CG characters into real life video and be realistic as possible.

They were trying to get that "CyberPunk Today" feel.

I personally liked the video, but don't think I would support the "program" the video was hawking.

Very nice work on the video.

But I think that kind of thing is bound to happen eventually. UAV/UCAVs are increasingly popular with the military and police forces are already starting to use them, and the Army is also using robotic land systems.

The technology will eventually trickle down to the police - first there will be autonomous artificial soldiers - and eventually cops.

I'm sure it'll happen.
