Nov. 30th, 2004 05:39 pmTwo onions, one carrot, one big stalk of celery, diced. Saute'd in one tablespoon bacon fat and one tablespoon butter until they begin to brown and maybe carmelize a little. Add six cups of turkey broth and 1/4 tsp of thyme. Let simmer for 10 minutes, toss in 4 oz. of cubed leftover turkey and 4 oz. of egg noodles, cook for 6-9 minutes more.
