"I Can't See!"

Not just any periscope, mind you, but a world-class "see the world" kind of periscope. A dome that magnetically affixes itself to the roof of your car; a wi-fi enabled transmitter, and a headset, or just a pair of binoculars, that let any kidlet view the world from the privacy of their carseat. And no drilling holes in the roof.
Of course, the technology is prohibitively expensive at this point, and when it finally does come down in price we'll be driving plastic cars to which the mount won't affix and gas will be so expensive we won't be able to afford to drive anywhere anyway, but it's an idea...
