You know, I can think of few things more ironic than you pointing people to this video. :-)

(And you may's well point them to the Flash version, which may or may not be as universal as a Quicktime movie but is at least much sharper)

Yeah, that might be true, but it's also true that people, especially men, feel this way, and they also feel bad about it. The song perfectly captures the angst and restlessness of "guys."

Personally I reckon it's worth it.

I've noticed that the timing is off in the Flash version, which is much nicer visually, but the lips don't move in time with the music. Also, the music quality is higher in the movies.
