So, Omaha and I were watching Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, which is our one show we watch regularly together, and while we were watching it Yamaarashi-chan came in and asked us what it was. And the best explanation I could come up with was "Queer Eye is Sesame Street for grown-ups. Sesame Street is all about the things kids need to know to handle the world, like counting, and reading, and sharing. Queer Eye is about all the things grown-ups need to know, like how to learn how to cook, and dress, and take care of our hair."

So if Queer Eye is Sesame Street for adults, which Sesame Street characters correspond to each of the Fab 5?

I'm thinking there's a fair Elmo/Jai matchup.

I dunno--it doesn't cover paying your taxes at all. But hey, it does cover cleaning grout, dating, and job interviews, so it's got pretty good coverage.
