Who's the speaker, here? The index says this story takes place well after Dormant Ghosts, where the deaths of Paul and Carroll are revealed, and no one else in "the Family" is named Paul, as far as I know. Am I just confused?
Other than that, very nice story. The Villa sounds like a lovely place.
