Meanwhile, this not-work-safe (no pictures, text-only) document tells us what a vice cop spends his days worrying about: the difference between a hand made of latex and one made of flesh (the latter, inserted, is prosecutable, or so he maintains), and whether hot wax dripped on a portion of the anatomy that can legally be exposed on a public beach constitutes obscenity.
It is inevitable, once the initial feeding frenzy tapers off, that all the new fedcops hired post 9/11 will get their marching orders to do something else; it seems clear that the government is going after pleasure next.
