Hey, I'm sneezing again!

Well, my allergies are back. I count this as a good thing. It means my immune system is no longer distracted by the presence of too many flu viri.

I did my first set of physical therapy exercises last night. Ugh, that was brutal. Those muscles are killing me this morning, but I managed to get through them okay.
