As usual, spammers are "gaming" the SpamAssassin rules in hopes of getting in under "trashcan" threshold. If you're using SpamAssassin, consider the following:

describe GENERIC_VIAGRA  Mentions Sildenafil, the chemical in Viagra 
score GENERIC_VIAGRA 2.9

full BIGGER_MANHOOD /(inches|bigger).{1,30}manhood/i 
describe BIGGER_MANHOOD  Mentions "bigger manhood" ick!  
score BIGGER_MANHOOD 2.6 

The scores are based on the "raw" scores for Viagra and bigger, um, whatevers...
