When Clams Attack!

So, there's this building across the street from where I work. It's a housing project dedicated mostly to those people who are recovering from some sort of mental illness. Every once in a while, Clams dive-bomb the neighborhood with their anti-psychiatry propoganda, dropping leaflets on every car winshield, in every "public" news distribution box, and on every doorstep. I keep wondering when the city is going to slam their asses for littering.
