Quite true. Add to this my mental rant of the day: people do not wish to work outside their comfort zones. They would rather starve to death, than to commit to a job that isn't "in their field" or "their passion".

Dunno. There are others who plunge into the unknown to avoid dealing with all those, because that's less scary than trying to get their shit together. It's new! It's fresh! Maybe it won't end up full of broken stuff!
