Damn, I left my weights in the bedroom and could not, in good conscience, pull them out without waking Omaha further, so with a full bottle of water, my laptop, a little radio transmitter plugged into the headphone jack and a small portable AM radio in my pocket, I went outside and tried to do day 1 of the P90X workout. The girls' playset makes a fine set for pull-ups, mostly, although it took a little experimentation to figure out the optimal arrangement.

Because I didn't have my weights, those will be zero/zero on the chart below. But here's what I managed. All pull-ups were done with a chair assist (sad, but true). The numbers are for first repetition/second repetition.
  • Standard Push-ups: 20/16
  • Wide Front pull-ups: 11/6
  • Military push-ups: 8/4
  • Reverse grip chin-up: 12/8
  • Wide-fly push-ups: 14/6
  • Close grip pull-ups: 8/4
  • Delcine push-ups: 13/5
  • Heavy pants: 0/0
  • Diamond push-ups: 9/4
  • Lawnmower: 0/0
  • Dive-bombers: 18/7
  • Back-flys: 0/0
The low count on dive-bombers is especially distressing: I used to be able to do 20 to 25 of those without a problem.

Ugghh! Stories like that make me hate science education.

No, heavy pants is just the name for a diagonal draw to the chest with weights.
