It was being passed around as a fan-generated image of The Sarah Connor Chronicles, apparently. It comes right up if you search for "SummerGlau Terminator (http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&source=imghp&q=summer+glau+terminator)".

I don't think the image itself is fan-generated -- I recall it being used as a promo for the Terminator TV show back before it aired. (The DVD box cover on that link that uses the image may be fan-arti.)
