Amblight: IE8 doesn't support the video tag and Firefox leaves it stuttering madly if it's on visible (buffered all it would let me - no joy). That said, I hate Flash with a passion.

Oh yes, I had it SO easy, getting my ass kicked all the time, teachers treating me like a hoodlum for daring to ask questions, being bored stiff in school. Yeah man; Easy street.

Problem is, I agree with the sentiment: I totally had it easy, absolutely coasted through primary and middle schools. It wasn't until I was in prepatory (high) school that my parents chose to spring for something really difficult-- and still I coasted through with few problems. (My one major failing, consistently, was language studies. I couldn't stand Latin. Odd, then, that learning-- and forgetting-- languages comes relatively easy to me now that I'm in my 40s).

It wasn't until university, and a difficult major, that I started to struggle. And the struggle was much more about self-discipline than about the subject. The material was there, if only I let it into my brain.

If I had a dollar for every time I had to navigate a user through our website to get drivers or firmware, I could retire *now*.

At least someone at some point a while back decided that all of our relevant products would have the exact same user interface.
