I made it through session 2, at least 33 push-ups. I made it to 35. Session three is a doozy, though. On Monday, the target is at least 42 push-ups. Yipes!
I commend you for taking the steps to improve your fitness level. It's not an easy task at times and motivation can easily leave you at any moment. So the fact you are sticking to it means you ROCK in my book ^_~
While decidedly OT, it's an opportunity worth sharing.
SmashWords has just opened up a new opportunity for self-publishing eBook authors to get their work listed on Barnes & Noble, Fictionwise, and soon other major eTailers. You can find an article describing this here:
Why this is a big deal is that in the past to get on Fictionwise (current biggest eBook seller) you had to basically be a publishing company with 5 established authors and 25 titles to start with. That barrier may have just been mostly eliminated since the bar of entry to SmashWords is substantially lower and the requirements for this are not content-based.
If you're finding this hard to keep up with, well I cannot recommend highly enough a small book titled "One Small Step Can Change Your Life" by Robert Maurer, PhD. I've seen his presentations in person and own the book.
