a little thai sweet chili sauce
fresh garden baby roma tomatoes
chargrilled artichoke hearts and garden asparagus
avocado
lemon fused spanish olives
garden basil
garden coriander leaf (aka cilantro)
english cucumber
sprouts

Fresh tomatoes
hard salami
basil
Mozarella
spicy brown mustard or Dijon mustard
a little mayo
apply light coat of mayo to bread
stack on tomato, basil salami mustard and mozarella.
Slide into oven set to low broil with racks at about half height.
Toast till mozarella slightly browns and is bubbly.
Consume.
Not the easiest to eat, but on a warm summer day with a tall glass of lemonade or ice tea, they are heavenly.
Almost a tie with steamed blue crabs, beer and corn on the cob for reminders of summer.
