I was writing a program, and could not figure out what modules I should import to manage my relationships with other people.

There were apparently quite a few modules written, but none of them adopted into the standard, and of all the ones I tried, none were thread-safe and all had bad lock contention and race condition issues.

When I get to do race conditions, I drop down to assembly. Compare and Swap is my friend.

The key is database-style transactions with rollback and commit. Except instead of doing them on databases tables, you do them on memory.
