elfsThursday afternoon while I was home, before I picked up Kouryou-chan from school, I reached down into the dishwasher and something in my shoulder suddenly went >wonk< hard and hurt really bad.
I'm getting a little tired of these weird muscle spasms. Now the entire web across my back shoulderblades fiercely hurts, and I'd really like it to stop. I've been doing my best to maintain good posture the past couple of days, but it doesn't seem to be helping.
