Ugh. I felt fine this morning when I left the house. I was clear all weekend. Had a great weekend. Suddenly, right around 11 am this morning, it feels as if the snot fairy backed a dumptruck full of cement into my sinuses. Owww... Damn, I so wanted to go to the gym today.

Have you tried a sinus lavage, or using a neti pot to clean out your sinuses? Or even just buy an OTC saline nasal spray to help loosen things up. Although the lavage works better. I find I have to do that occasionally through the winter when my allergies are bad. It's gross and takes some practice, but you can actually breathe afterwards.

Let alone the mental image of an oily little inspector fairy showing up, poking his nose and other extremities all over, then declaring that it's not up to code, and it will all have to be ripped out and repoured...
