elfsHow sad is it that this morning I spent several minutes trying to figure out the difference between "a date" and "an invitation to keep company?"
I think my life has become a little skewed. Getting away from the kids for an evening has become such a momentous occassion, and we live in the southern boonies of King County whereas everyone else seems to live either north of The Canal or orbiting Billyland, such that having people come down to visit is rare and being able to get up is even moreso. It seems so much more significant than "just hanging out."
That whole "Balance of life" thing that GTD preaches about is unbalanced at the moment.
