They're not coming after this guy for a count or three of vehicular assault *why* now? This guy sounds like just the sort of person who really *needs* a felony record because he's clearly demonstrated he's far to stupid(or at least makes stupid enough life choices, which amounts to same)to legally own a firearm *or* operate a motor vehicle.
