It might help with understanding Rob Brezsny to know that he has stated that he chose to be an astrology columnist because it was a way to make a living writing funky tantric Zen poetry. I think he's wonderful, and he gives me good advice. He also has a novel (The Televisionary Oracle) and a band (whose name I can't remember), both of which I like.
