I arose this morning full of energy and ready to ride my bicycle into work. I pulled on my riding shorts, t-shirt, packed my riding pack with the laptop and all the other stuff, drank down the killer protein shake [livejournal.com profile] jenkitty taught me (with one addition: a teaspon of creatine), went out to the garage... and found my rear tire completely flat. Not just "Oh, pump it up and it'll last through the day" flat. This was dead flat.

I ran inside and did a quick change to catch the bus instead. I neither did my workout nor rode, but I had that 450-calorie monster with oatmeal this morning... why the Hell am I so hungry right now?

And in the rush, I forgot to pack lunch. What fast food do I poison myself with today? Hmm... Haven't done Paggliaci in a while.
