Thanks for the critique. You do have some good points... and I agree that figuring out a way to make us a bit more human (even though we call ourselves robots) would be in order. A bunch of us do keep blogs, livejournals, etc... not because we have to but just because we have been doing these things for years... and I try to talk candidly about things we're working on and thinking about... but it's a learning process. As I discovered when called at 7am by the reporter the other day and found myself quoted on the front page of Salon. It's a fine line between being a dumbass and being an a**hole, I guess... and I'm toeing the line. Take care.
