Score on the Parking and the Coffee!
Dec. 5th, 2007 08:28 am Once or twice a week I have to drive into the office. There are two parking lots in the neighborhood near my office; one has $6 all-day slots but only 30 spaces, the other has $8 all-day slots but over a hundred spaces. There are also 20 free spaces along one street where Seattle hasn't yet put up one of those evil signs and the roboattendant machine. I sometimes get the $6 lot because it's tucked behind a Buddhist monastery (really) and because I drive in around 6:30am.
Today, though, I scored a free parking space, which meant I saved my cash.
The cafe' at the office started selling eggnog latte's today, too. It's like a sign from the gods.
