Dissatisfied with the rate at which Americans are dying, Cheny takes to shooting them himself. I can't help but think that maybe, if Cheny had actually been trained to use a gun by, say, a stint in the military, this wouldn't have happened.

I mean, I know it's Texas, but there are laws about involuntary manslaughter with a vehicle; aren't there similar ones for hunting accidents?
