I'll try to remember the photos, but food photos are rarely as attractive as we might think. Oh, don't use sweet onions for the Broccoletti recipe; they lack the chemicals that make onions sweeten when you cook them, and all the sulfurous chemicals of ordinary onions are destroyed by heat.
