I'm swimming 3-4 times a week now. Obviously, I'm quite obese and deconditioned, so for core building my boss told me to tread water until exhaustion. Works all the muscles. I started out being exhausted by 5 minutes, but built it up a couple of minutes at a try til I'm now doing 15 minutes then doing 8 laps.

My prize every day is the hot tub after. Love my YMCA.
