Quiddler rocks. And you might try the occasional return to Boggle with adaptations. In my family (which currently typically includes no one under 18), we never use the timer, for instance. And when we play Quiddler, if there's 4+ of us, sometimes we'll end up teaming up a bit - each person has their own hand, but we'll look to the person next to us for some help - for things like "Is this actually a word? How do you spell this? Is this the best I can do with this hand?" It's not how the rules are written, no, but we have a good time with it. When I play Boggle and Quiddler with friends (and occasionally family), we might also decide that something isn't a word, but it might be creative/impressive enough to give brownie points for anyway because damnit, it *ought* to be a word!
